Rachel is on a mission to help women create businesses that align with their ideal lives.

Throughout her career she has worked with individuals and small businesses on complex tax strategy and compliance issues. In 2012 she left the traditional large accounting firm setting in search of something more, something bigger, something different. After many twists and turns she launched Lolana & Co. and it’s affiliate company, Designer IQ to help women understand their businesses from a financial perspective, while also being a trusted advisor and supportive sounding board.

Rachel is a 4x entrepreneur, mama x3, a DIY fanatic and an ex-collegiate softball pitcher. Go Ags!

MEGAN BIERWIRTH, CPA

Account Manager

Megan received her Bachelors of Accounting from the University of Kentucky, where she also competed all four years on the Varsity Swimming and Diving Team. Her seventeen-year swimming career culminated in competing in two events at the 2012 Olympic Swimming Trials in Omaha, Nebraska.

After college, Megan earned her CPA credential and worked in both public accounting and industry. She also writes for CPA prep course blogs and creates guest post content for accounting sites.

In her free time, Megan enjoys trail running, competing in triathlons, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and three cats.
